Vendors receive tools to manage stores, products, prices, orders, and promotions, as well as request delivery and follow its progress.

The Captain app enables delivery partners to receive suitable delivery opportunities, navigate to pickup and drop-off locations, update trip status, and view earnings and commissions through their accounts.

How the platform works

1. The customer chooses a store and products, confirms the address, and places the order.
2. The vendor receives and prepares the order and updates its status.
3. Delivery is assigned to an available captain for pickup and drop-off.
4. Everyone involved can follow the order until delivery is completed.
